Atlanta & Indianapolis · Board-Certified Psychiatric Care
One evaluation.
Every path forward.
Mindspring Health brings medication management, psychotherapy, and forensic evaluation together with in-house interventional care — including ONE-Day TMS, Accelerated TMS, and IV Ketamine therapy — so your treatment plan grows from a single, integrated understanding of you.
We Offer
Care built around one plan, not a menu of procedures
Every service at Mindspring Health starts from the same comprehensive psychiatric evaluation — the tools we bring in afterward are chosen to fit your clinical picture, not the other way around.
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations
A thorough diagnostic assessment that anchors every treatment plan we build.
Medication Management
Ongoing prescribing and monitoring, adjusted as your symptoms and response change over time.
Psychotherapy
Talk therapy delivered on its own or combined with medication management under one roof.
Forensic Evaluations
Independent psychiatric evaluations for legal proceedings, conducted by a board-certified forensic psychiatrist.
Executive Coaching
Performance-focused psychiatric support for professionals managing high-stakes roles.
Telepsychiatry
Secure virtual visits for patients across Georgia and Indiana who can't easily come to the office.
ONE-Day TMS
A single-day accelerated TMS protocol — 20 sessions in one visit, no MRI required.
Accelerated TMS
A full TMS course compressed into 1–2 weeks for patients who need relief faster than the standard 6-week protocol.
IV Ketamine Therapy
Medically supervised IV ketamine infusions for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and related conditions.
PRISM for PTSD
An FDA-cleared, medication-free neurofeedback therapy that helps patients learn to regulate PTSD symptoms using real-time EEG feedback.
VNS Therapy
An FDA-approved implantable neuromodulation device for treatment-resistant unipolar and bipolar depression.
Standard rTMS
The original, most-studied TMS protocol — one session per day, five days a week, over a full course of treatment.
Our Approach
Integrative, and led by a psychiatrist at every step
Mental health is personal. At Mindspring Health, we build treatment around each patient's values, strengths, and needs — combining medications, psychotherapy, lab work, nutrition, exercise, and other wellness-focused approaches as clinically appropriate.
Interventional options — ONE-Day TMS, Accelerated TMS, and IV Ketamine — aren't stand-alone procedures. They're additional tools a board-certified psychiatrist can bring into your plan when medication and therapy alone haven't been enough, and they're monitored and adjusted the same way the rest of your care is.
We take particular interest in mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, sleep disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, neurocognitive disorders, neuromodulation, and integrative medicine.

Interventional Psychiatry — New at Mindspring
When medication and therapy aren't enough on their own
For patients with treatment-resistant depression or anxiety, we now offer three in-house interventional options — each reviewed with you by a psychiatrist before it becomes part of your plan.
Single-Day Protocol
ONE-Day TMS
A single-day accelerated TMS protocol delivering 20 iTBS sessions in one visit, spaced roughly every 30 minutes — no MRI or brain imaging required.
- Completed in a single day at our office
- Non-invasive, no anesthesia or sedation
- An option for patients who can't commit to a 5-day or 6-week schedule
1–2 Week Protocol
Accelerated TMS
The standard TMS course, compressed into multiple sessions per day over one to two weeks instead of the traditional 6–7 week schedule.
- Multiple short iTBS sessions per day
- Full course completed in 1–2 weeks
- A faster-relief alternative to daily TMS
In-Office Infusion
IV Ketamine Therapy
Medically supervised intravenous ketamine, administered in-office and monitored throughout by our clinical team, as part of an ongoing psychiatric treatment plan.
- Typically delivered as an induction series, then tapered to maintenance
- Continuous monitoring throughout each infusion
- Integrated with your existing medication and therapy plan
EEG-Guided Neurofeedback
PRISM for PTSD
An FDA-cleared, non-trauma-based neurofeedback therapy for PTSD. Using an EEG headset and a guided computer simulation, patients learn a personal mental strategy to help regulate the amygdala-driven stress response — with no medication involved.
- 15 sessions over 8 weeks, about 45 minutes each
- No medication, minimal side effects
- Skills practiced in-office can be applied in everyday life
Implantable Neuromodulation
VNS (Vagus Nerve Stimulation)
An FDA-approved therapy for treatment-resistant unipolar and bipolar depression. A small pacemaker-like device is implanted in the chest, with a stimulating wire threaded along the vagus nerve — which connects to areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. The device sends regular mild pulses, with frequency and duration programmed and adjusted by your psychiatrist.
- FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression
- Placed via a minor surgical implant procedure
- Settings monitored and adjusted by your psychiatrist over time
Standard Daily Protocol
Standard rTMS
The traditional, most-researched TMS protocol: one non-invasive session per day, five days a week, over a full multi-week course. A good fit for patients who prefer a steady daily rhythm over a compressed or single-day schedule.
- One session per day, five days a week
- The original, most-studied TMS protocol
- Non-invasive, no anesthesia or sedation

Frequently Asked Questions
How much will an appointment cost?
Mindspring Health is a self-pay practice — we do not contract with any insurance company, for any service. Costs vary by appointment type and length; see our Fees page for current rates on evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and interventional services like ONE-Day TMS, Accelerated TMS, and IV Ketamine. A credit card is kept on file, and payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
No — Mindspring Health does not accept or bill insurance directly for any service, including medication management, psychotherapy, evaluations, ONE-Day TMS, Accelerated TMS, or IV Ketamine. We're happy to provide a super bill so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement directly from your insurance company, if your plan offers that benefit. We can't guarantee reimbursement, and coverage details are between you and your insurer.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. Telepsychiatry is available for medication management and follow-up visits for patients in Georgia and Indiana. Interventional services such as TMS and IV ketamine require an in-office visit.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Every patient starts with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. From there, your psychiatrist will recommend medication management, psychotherapy, an interventional option, or some combination — based on your history and what you've already tried.
Not sure what to try next?
Whether you're seeking a first psychiatric evaluation or considering ONE-Day TMS, Accelerated TMS, or IV Ketamine, we'll start with a full evaluation and recommend a specific plan.
